SA EA touch screen Driver

1. The touch screen is connected to the computer with USB cable.
2. Confirm the system version of the computer and right-click “Properties” of “My Computer”.
3. Find the installation path of the sa software, and find the folder “USB” with the usb driver in the installation directory.

     X86 folder-computer corresponding to xp, win7-32 bit system
     IA64 folder-corresponding to win7-64 bit or win8, win10 system computer

4. Then right click on ‘My Computer’-‘Management’ or ‘Device Manager’-select the HMI device with a yellow exclamation mark (will appear in ‘Universal Serial Bus Controller’ or ‘Other Devices’)-right click to update Driver software-Select “Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)” in the dialog box-Browse-select the location of the USB driver-“C: \ Program Files \ SamDraw5.0 \ USB \ IA64”
5. Click Next-Finish;
